🎭 Her Christmas Carol @ Monsignor Schnacky Community Center | Friday (12/5) at 7:30pm – Bloomfield Rotary is flipping Dickens with Her Christmas Carol, a staged radio show set in 1957 Bloomfield with Mo McHugh as Frances Scrooge, plus the Bloomfield High School Holiday Singers. Expect nostalgia, refreshments, and $25 at the door or $20 online. Three performances, so you’ll have plenty of chances to catch it.

Local makers, good finds, and grown-up beverages make ticking off the list almost pleasant. Buy two candles, pretend one’s a gift, and call it self-care.
🎬 A Nostalgic Night with Macaulay Culkin: Home Alone 35th Anniversary @ Rochester Broadway Theatre League | Saturday (12/6) at 7:00pm – It’s the ultimate holiday throwback: Home Alone on the big screen and a live conversation with Kevin McCallister himself. Macaulay Culkin shares behind-the-scenes stories, favorite on-set memories, and why the film still owns our nostalgic little hearts 35 years later. Bring your kids, channel your inner booby-trap engineer, and settle in for a night of laughs, cozy chaos, and Christmas magic—just don’t bring a camera unless you enjoy getting scolded.

It pairs with Rochester Reads’ Soil by Camille T. Dungy, welcomes all ages, and yes, you need to register.
🎉 Holiday Gala @ Nazareth University Arts Center | Sunday (12/7) at 3:00pm – Whether you know a Naz student or just want the good stuff without the mall-speaker dread, the annual Holiday Gala lines up choirs, ensembles, and all the festive polish. Family-friendly, open to the public, with students getting comps, and faculty and staff scoring discounts.
