Skating returns to Bienville Square with a free and family friendly event that invites everyone to cruise to the music and soak up the energy of Downtown Mobile. DJ Geaux supplies the soundtrack. Participants of every age and experience level are welcome, and adaptive skaters will find an ADA accessible rink. Skates are not available to rent, so bring your own roller skates or roller blades. To keep the rink safe and fun, children 10 and younger must be with an adult, and skates are required for entry. Move with the flow of skaters, avoid standing still or making sudden stops, and beginners should stay in the inside lane. Bicycles, hoverboards, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

Bonjour Mobile! The Frenchmen Market spotlights Gulf Coast artists during the monthly artwalk on the second Friday. A new art gallery and an updated market location increase visibility for vendors, make browsing more accessible, and expand the platform that supports more than 100 artists, makers, and small businesses connected to The Frenchmen. Nonprofit organizations have opportunities to engage with the community and share the resources they offer. In line with City of Mobile ordinances, food trucks are not permitted.

Admission is restricted to ages 21 and older, and there is no cover charge.
