The campaign runs in stages. The first two rounds make up the First Encounters phase, followed by two rounds of Pitched Battles, then a final round in the Final Mission phase at Strike Force size using 2,000 point armies. The faction with the strongest results earns control of the store until a later outcome changes it, and the current holder will be noted on the GNG website. There are no preset pairings. Players can arrange and play as many games as they like with any opponents, and a log sheet will be available to record wins, losses, and results.
