Intro to TRE- Learn how to activate your own healing!

Explore Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, or TRE, in an introductory session that presents a simple series of movements intended to help the body let go of deep patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. The sequence elicits an innate shaking response that helps unwind tight muscles and quiet the nervous system. When this reflex is engaged in a supportive setting, the body is encouraged to return toward balance. TRE is grounded in the understanding, backed by research, that the effects of stress and trauma are both psychological and physical. The natural vibrations often feel soothing, and many people report a sense of peace and well-being after practicing. Created by Dr. David Berceli, an internationally recognized specialist in trauma intervention and conflict resolution, TRE has supported many thousands of people worldwide. It can be helpful for parents or spouses seeking more patience at home, survivors of violence or accidents, soldiers living with PTSD, athletes, and anyone interested in building resilience and feeling better in daily life.

Potluck & Hands-On Healing with Sandy Munster

Psychic Medium Sandy Munster leads a warm, community-focused evening at Your Cosmic Connection that blends shared food with practical intuitive exploration. The gathering opens with a potluck and easy conversation, creating space to connect with others who are interested in energy work and inner guidance. After the meal, participants pair up for a simple practice. One person gently places their hands on their partner’s shoulders and spends three minutes noticing any intuitive or energetic impressions, then they talk about what they perceived and switch roles. Partners rotate so each person has the chance to both offer and receive insights. The night wraps up with a circle centered on animal symbolism. While holding hands, each attendee shares the first animal that comes to mind for the person to their left, and the group reflects on the meaning of those messages using insights from Dr. Steven Farmer’s Animal Spirit Guides. The environment is friendly and nonjudgmental, welcoming anyone curious about intuition and spiritual exploration, and no prior experience is needed. Please bring a dish to share for the potluck.

Blood Drive

Mountain Ridge is partnering with Vitalant for a Summer Blood Drive focused on supporting patients who depend on donated blood. Donations can help people in critical care, including organ transplant recipients who may require multiple transfusions during complex procedures. In 2025, more than 49,000 organ transplants were performed in the United States, marking a fifth consecutive record year, and many of those surgeries relied on the generosity of blood donors. The goal for this drive is to fill 21 appointment slots and collect 16 units of blood. Whether donating for the first time or as a returning donor, scheduling an appointment is encouraged.

Step onto the field at State Farm Stadium for a large-scale collector event set right where the Arizona Cardinals play. Spread across 600 vendor tables from around the country, it brings together leading buyers and sellers of sports cards, trading card games, autographs, comic books, sports memorabilia, toys, and other pop culture finds. Expect action across baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, racing, boxing, and UFC cards, plus Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Disney Lorcana, comic books from Marvel, DC, and indie publishers, Star Wars items, original artwork, action figures, Funko Pops, video games, and more. Attendees can browse, buy, sell, and trade at field level with a player’s-eye view of the stadium. The cleanup is open to divers, snorkelers, and volunteers on shore. Bring gloves, a reusable water bottle, and dive gear if you plan to enter the water. Removing trash helps prevent harm to aquatic life and supports a healthier ecosystem. Bullet Boys w/ Whiskey Dogz & Ghost of 88

BulletBoys headline with a return of the founding four, Marq Torien, Mick Sweda, Lonnie Vencent, and Jimmy D’Anda, reigniting the chemistry that shaped their signature sound. Rising from the late 80s Sunset Strip, the gold-selling group carved out a blues-laced hard rock style that stood apart from pure glam, breaking through with a 1988 self-titled album that featured Smooth Up in Ya and a powerful take on the O’Jays classic For the Love of Money. Follow-ups like Freakshow highlighted their blend of grit and groove, while their videos once dominated MTV and continue to draw millions of views. Whiskey Dogz and Ghost of 88 round out the bill for a rock-driven showcase anchored by a storied legacy and the original lineup back in sync.
