The Ghost Brothers of Darkland County

Family Storytime
This family storytime for ages 4 to 11 includes read-alouds, songs, movement, and a hands-on craft. During the summer, sessions focus on rotating themes that include gardening, ocean animals, summer, the color green, music, and the color blue. It offers a chance for families to enjoy stories, sing, get moving, and make something together.

Enjoy a relaxed, in-studio painting session at Corks & Strokes featuring a playful goat portrait created by original artist Leah Hayden Boyd and used with permission. Each guest will paint on a pre-traced 11x14 canvas and follow friendly, step-by-step instruction from the event facilitator so everyone feels comfortable throughout the process. All materials are included, such as paints, brushes, an apron, and an easel, and you will leave with your finished canvas. Admission is $35 per person. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages, with beer, wine, and champagne allowed for guests 21 and older. The studio is upstairs in the Westchester Promenade and does not have an elevator. Parking and entry are located behind the building. Please plan to arrive a little early to check in and settle in before painting begins.
