    Metalachi

Grand Junction · Mesa Theater, 538 Main St

Born from a raucous night of tequila and mariachi mayhem, Metalachi fuses the worlds of metal and mariachi into a high-energy show that has been putting smiles on faces for well over a decade. Their path has included performances at The Viper Room and Whiskey A Go-Go, festival spots at Heavy Montreal Festival and the Monsters of Rock Cruise, a feature on Netflix is a Joke with Burt Kreischer, and a nationally broadcast AT&T commercial. As the Houston Chronicle observed, this is far from a traditional mariachi band.
