🍪 Merry in Mizner – Cookies & Cocoa @ Mizner Park | Thursday (12/18) at 6:00pm – Bring your sweet tooth and swing by Mizner for free cookies, cocoa, and pop-up holiday cheer. It’s the kind of wholesome tradition you can enjoy without assembling anything, or pretending to like eggnog. It’s free, while supplies last, so get there before the snowbirds do.
🎨 Make & Muse – Create Your Own Dry Point Print @ Boca Raton Museum of Art | Thursday (12/18) at 6:00pm – Love Mucha or just appreciate good curves, this hands-on workshop lets you scratch, ink, and press your own 4 x 6 drypoint print. Guided by master printmaker Ron Garrett, you leave with archival prints, real skills, and a smugly refreshed museum gaze.
🤖 Bright & Smart Robotics: Tiny Innovators (parent & me) @ Sugar Sand Park Community Center | Friday (12/19) at 12:15pm – Got a curious mini human? For Boca’s tiniest engineers, this parent-and-me robotics class lets your toddler tinker, build, and explore while you play lab assistant with snacks, patience, and polite applause. ✨ Gumbo Limbo Aglow! @ Gumbo Limbo Nature Center | Friday (12/19) at 6:00pm – Holiday nights call for a little glow, and Gumbo Limbo is lighting up the outdoor aquariums for an after-hours stroll. Peek at the nocturnal tank drama, then hang for refreshments, crafts, yard games, and a festive photo with Luna, our resident sea turtle celebrity.

🌱 Fun in the Garden Workshops @ Patricia Davis Community Garden | Saturday (12/20) at 9:00am – Ready to trade screen time for trowel time? Our community garden’s hands-on workshops cover veggies, flowers, compost, and fun stuff like cabbage palms, small-space hacks, and seed saving. It’s free, friendly, and an excuse to play in the dirt, then swap tips with neighbors.
🎗 “Jimi’s Holiday Hope for Kids” My Family Matter kids with Cancer @ Crazy Uncle Mikes | Saturday (12/20) at 1:00pm – Boca’s troublemaker, Crazy Uncle Mike’s, is stacking the stage for a throwdown backing families with kids fighting cancer via My Family Matters and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. 🎻 Music in the Museum – Echoes of Elegance and Emotion: A Viola Recital @ Boca Raton Museum of Art | Saturday (12/20) at 3:00pm – Let the viola have its main-character moment as the program glides from Marin Marais’ elegant whispers to Vierne’s lush harmonies, then Rebecca Clarke’s stormier sonata.
