    Spooktacularly Sweet Stroll

Brooksville · Bishop's Bakery, 16221 Meadow Plover Rd

The second annual Spooktacularly Sweet Stroll brings a family friendly Halloween adventure to the Weeki Wachee, Brooksville, and Spring Hill community. Start by picking up a complimentary Haunting Passport and Ghostly Bakery Map at a passport stop such as Bishop’s Bakery, Lucy Lou’s Farmstand, or The Breaking Bread Farmstand. Explore participating bakery stands and artisan booths throughout the neighborhood, collect stickers in your passport, find treats available for purchase, and support local makers. Enter the raffle once per person at each stand and drop your entries at your starting location. Watch for a hidden bonus basket at a mystery stop for an extra chance to win, and post a photo of your completed passport on the event page for a bonus entry. All ages are welcome, and many stands will have trick or treat surprises for a festive night out. Please park thoughtfully, think garage sale style, and be respectful of driveways. Admission is free, with goodies available to buy at each stop. For transparency, Bishop’s Bakery is the only coordinator of this stroll, and any messages requesting contact, likes, payments, or other participation are scams.

The Great Melanated Little Camp of Horrors

Brooksville · Florida Sand Music Ranch, 85 Myers Rd

Florida Sand Music Ranch transforms into a spooky campsite for a family-friendly Halloween camping weekend with a PG-13 tone. Campers can expect campsite decorating to create a Halloween Village, a haunted hayride, a costume contest, Melanated Games in a family Halloween edition, campfires with music and time to connect, and a signature after-dark haunted experience called the Little Camp of Horrors. Once night falls, the atmosphere may include darkness, fog, loud sounds, jump scares, eerie characters, and other surprises, and parents are encouraged to use discretion with younger participants. Meals are provided throughout the event, including a taco bar on the first night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the second day, and a camp breakfast on the final morning, with availability based on the selected ticket or package. Camping options range from bringing your own tent to provided tents, comfort camp setups, furnished glamping, and RV or camper spots, and some packages can accommodate additional guests. Space and furnished setups are limited, and an opening week special offers 10 percent off registration.
