Celebrate seven years of local giving at a summer congregation hosted at Holiday Inn Clarkston - Lewiston. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with food and beverages available for purchase, along with an opportunity to contribute to a local nonprofit. Three presenting organizations will share their work supporting underage girls in the area. The program includes a check presentation to Chef Bun Bun's for last quarter and an update from The Asotin County Food Bank on how earlier funding was used. Since 2019, this effort has awarded $187,818 in grants, including $90,118 to 11 local nonprofits and $97,700 to 12 women owned businesses, with more than 66 organizations showcased. Members have also given an additional $45,000 to presenters who did not receive the majority vote, bringing the total community impact over seven years to more than $232,000. Now in its 16th year, the Lewiston Roundup Association presents the largest barrel race in the Lewis Clark Valley. The 16th Annual Lewiston Roundup Classic carries BRN4D prime approval and is co-sanctioned by NWBHA. Limited Time Only runs are available with assigned slots, and each run costs $5. Riders entering multiple horses are encouraged to pre-enter, with payment mailed to the address listed on the entry form, and entry forms are available online. Mailed pre-entries that meet the posted deadline qualify for the early draw. A $25 late fee applies after the cutoff, and entries close on race day. The office will be open on race day. Stalls and RV spaces are limited and require a reservation using the Stall and RV form.
