Thrillhouse and the Open Road Corvette Club host a community cruise-in in front of the Thrillhouse Family Entertainment Center. Every kind of vehicle fits in, from vintage classics and muscle cars to modern builds, and spectators can browse the lineup at their own pace. Turn it into a full outing with dinner, then head inside for arcade games, bowling, laser tag, go-karts, and more only a short walk away. No registration is required.

Car lovers can explore a showcase of classic beauties and sleek modern rides at the fairgrounds. Activities include vehicle registration, judging, and awards, plus a 50/50 raffle. Show car entry is $10, and the first 50 registered receive free dash plaques. Music will be provided by DJ Big Elvis. Whether you favor vintage icons or the latest models, there is plenty to admire and enjoy.

Join in for the annual Watermelon Festival at the Vine Street Market. Enjoy fresh watermelon from local farmers, special themed items from artisans and downtown businesses, and a watermelon eating contest. The festivities run in the morning with activities from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Bring the whole family for a weekend of LEGO creativity at the Ultimate Brick Show at The Pavilion. You’ll be able to check out impressive brick-built displays from builders around the country, join in interactive activities like build challenges and a community LEGO mosaic, and explore dedicated play areas for younger kids. There’s also a vendor marketplace with LEGO sets, retired collections, minifigures, and special brick-building finds, plus opportunities to meet expert builders and special guests. The event runs across Saturday and Sunday with plenty of hands-on fun throughout.

Get ready for the second annual pickle fest, growing from last year's success with plans to make it even bigger and better. Attendees can expect food, a variety of vendors, music, and plenty of games and activities. More details will be shared as the event gets closer.

The Williamson County Fair Children’s Pageant invites participants from babies through teens, with divisions for Baby Mr. or Miss at birth to 5 months and 6 to 11 months, Toddler Mr. or Miss for ages 1 to 2, Tiny Mr. or Miss for ages 3 to 4, Little Mr. for ages 5 to 7, Prince or Princess for ages 8 to 9, and Teen Miss for ages 13 to 15. The entry fee is $30 per child. The entry also includes a photogenic category, and a 4x6 photo should be submitted with the entry form. Mailed entries are accepted, and checks should be made payable to the Williamson County Fair. Homeschooling families can gather at Good Ground Coffeehouse for open tabletop play with a variety of options, including board and card games suitable for a wide range of youth ages. Families may also bring their own favorites to share. Participating homeschool families receive 15 percent off drinks. To keep the collection in good shape, please handle pieces gently, refrain from bending cards or tossing components, and put everything back in the proper bags and boxes with the lid closed when a game is finished. This is not a drop off program, and every child age 15 or under must remain with a supervising adult at all times. For comfort and safety, keep an eye on children and help them avoid running or climbing on furniture. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Keep the atmosphere friendly by avoiding arguments and being welcoming to others who would like to join a game.
