Tasty Tuesdays brings the community together at Irvine-McDowell Park with live music and a weekly setup from the Madison County Farmers Market. A free, drop-in Richmond Drum Circle, sponsored by Sanjay Blevins, invites participants to bring a chair and add to the rhythm. This project is supported by a Community Involvement Grant that celebrates Sanjay’s passion and promotes inclusion. Pre-registration is required for this hands-on class focused on building a stunning charcuterie-style grazing board. Participants learn how to choose and pair meats and cheeses, use color and balance for an appealing look, and arrange a spread that is both attractive and delicious. A palm leaf tray, premium ingredients such as meats, cheeses, and fruits, and all necessary tools are provided, so just bring an appetite and creativity. The class takes place at the EKU Perkins Building. The registration fee is $46, and supplies cost $40, payable to the instructor at the start of class. An Open flight is decided by gross scores only, and additional flights include Mid-Senior, Senior, Masters, and Legends.
