Charcuterie Grazing Board

Pre-registration is required for this hands-on class focused on building a stunning charcuterie-style grazing board. Participants learn how to choose and pair meats and cheeses, use color and balance for an appealing look, and arrange a spread that is both attractive and delicious. A palm leaf tray, premium ingredients such as meats, cheeses, and fruits, and all necessary tools are provided, so just bring an appetite and creativity. The class takes place at the EKU Perkins Building. The registration fee is $46, and supplies cost $40, payable to the instructor at the start of class. Tour admission is $15 per person, and multiple tour slots are available. An optional Guided Winemaker Tasting in the Private Dining Room adds a curated charcuterie spread, a guided sampling of eight Chenault wines, tasting notes, and insights from the winemakers, including background stories for each featured wine. The Kentucky Senior Team Championship brings teams to Gibson Bay Golf Course for a two-day competition with varied formats and scoring. The opening round uses an 18-hole Chapman alternate shot with both gross and net scoring, followed by an 18-hole four-ball on the second day that is also scored gross and net. An Open flight is decided by gross scores only, and additional flights include Mid-Senior, Senior, Masters, and Legends.
