This story time offers stories, songs, and playful activities for children ages 3 to 7 with a parent or caregiver. At Capitol Park, the annual NAMI Maine Walk brings people from across the state together to champion mental health, strengthen community, and open pathways to support. The day begins with a short, under-one-mile walk on the park’s paved paths, followed by a family-friendly festival. The gathering is open to the public and will be held rain or shine. Leashed dogs are welcome and encouraged. Event photography may occur, and images may be used for marketing such as websites, social media, news, and advertising.
