Trust Your Experience ~ A 4-Week Journey into Safety, Awareness & Inner Connection.

This four-week series supports a return to body-based knowing and trust in your own experience. Many people get stuck in their heads and override what they feel, which can lead to disconnection and an uneasy nervous system. Here, a gentler path is offered. Through sound, quiet, and simple guided practices, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies without pressure to perform or to figure anything out. The work is cumulative. With repetition, the nervous system starts to recognize safety, self-awareness grows, and trust has space to take root as the body settles into its natural rhythms. The arc of the series moves from settling to integration. In the first week the focus is on downshifting and establishing a feeling of safety for both the group and each person, using guided meditation supported by crystal singing bowls. The second week turns toward noticing subtle sensations and staying present in the body while letting thoughts move to the background, again with guidance and sound to help direct attention. The third week emphasizes the validity of personal experience and invites more confidence, offering less instruction and deeper immersion in the resonance of the bowls. The final week centers on sustainability and weaving the practice into daily life, with minimal guidance and more space to rest in your own stillness so the learning can anchor. The aim is to feel more at ease in your body, grow confidence in what you sense, and rely less on overthinking. It is not about perfecting a method, it is about honoring the value of what you already notice. This series welcomes both beginners and those with an ongoing practice. Sessions are led by Renee, a sound and energy practitioner focused on nervous system regulation through sound and stillness. She cultivates steady, supportive spaces without expectation, trusting the body’s innate capacity for rest and restoration. A Usui Reiki Master with training in sound facilitation and meditation, she blends structure with intuition to guide accessible, embodied practice for newcomers and experienced practitioners alike.
