Bonnie’s Birthday Tournament
Celebrate Bonnie’s birthday with a tournament at the British American Club. The competition features 8-ball matches in an APA handicap race format, and the entry fee is $20. All are welcome, with a focus on having fun.
British American ClubSaturday Storytime
Settle in for Saturday Storytime, where a reader shares up to three tales, unless one selection runs long. The session is geared to toddlers and early elementary children, roughly Pre-K through second or third grade, depending on each child's interest in being read to. If you arrive after it begins, you can still take part. This takes place at Maple Valley Plaza in the former Double Midnight Comics location, and there is a parking lot with many spaces.
Wonderland Books & ToysWild Hearts: Return To Rhythm Drum Circle (April 25)
Settle into a ceremonial gathering guided by Songbird, created for those who want to reconnect with body, breath, and natural rhythm. This intimate experience blends heart-opening cacao with live singing, guided drumming, sound healing, and intuitive somatic movement to support a gentle return to inner alignment. Songbird leads with a practice of presence, devotion, and deep listening. Rather than a performance, her voice and instruments serve as guides, meeting each person where they are through crystal singing bowls, a shamanic frame drum, layered textures, angelic vocals, and Reiki-infused sound. The circle is intentionally small to create a grounded, safe space where you can soften, move, vocalize if you wish, and rest in the medicine of sound and shared experience. It welcomes anyone seeking embodiment, emotional release, creative expression, or a deeper relationship with inner wisdom. Expect ceremonial cacao to open the heart, guided drumming with live vocals, somatic movement and intuitive flow, and a restorative sound journey with time for integration. Some drums will be available, and bringing your own is encouraged. Attendance is limited to 22, pricing follows a sliding scale, and no prior experience is needed. Come as you are.
