Basket of Hope
The Basket of Hope event aims to raise awareness of the impact of mental health and substance use challenges. Founded in memory of Shaun La Macchia, who lost his life to an overdose, the event offers an opportunity for people to help in this fight. Attendees can enjoy an evening of raffles, food, and fun. The event will honor individuals whose compassion and advocacy have strengthened the community. Honorees include Hira Ruskin, Alice Marie Rorke, and Kenny McDonough, each recognized for their contributions to mental health awareness and support for individuals and families facing related challenges.
Stonebridge Country Club2026 Dogs on the Catwalk
Now in its ninth year, this fashion filled dinner fundraiser brings together style and purpose at Stonebridge Golf Links & Country Club. The program showcases a full Anthony Rubio runway presentation highlighting women’s wear alongside canine couture. Guests can enjoy an open bar with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner and dessert. A photo booth and red carpet create memorable moments, and a live auction, raffle baskets, and a 50/50 drawing add to the festivities. Proceeds support the Guide Dog Foundation and its mission to improve the quality of life for people who are blind or visually impaired by providing guide dogs and training free of charge, a service offered since 1946.
