Whether you can help for a short time or for the entire session, every bit of effort is appreciated and makes a difference. Powered equipment on site is limited, so participants who own a gas string trimmer, a push mower, a lawn tractor, or a zero turn mower are encouraged to bring it. A small supply of mowers and weed whackers will be available to share. Volunteers may contribute once, adopt a section of the property, or become part of the regular morning mowing crew. Please come prepared. Long pants and closed toe shoes are required. Bring protective gear and plenty of water, and dress for the weather. After dark, a shared fire circle forms with mostly house and bass, and the crowd builds naturally as the night goes on. Spend the evening meeting people, moving around, or simply enjoying the park at night. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks, a picnic blanket, and soft lighting to mark their space, such as very dim LED string lights or LED tea lights. LED flow toys and flow stars are welcome. Simple, low-key glamping setups work best. The park is quite dark, so gentle perimeter lights help. Fire spinning is followed by fire safety, and white gas is required for burns. Safety is prioritized. Photographers are welcome, and sharing photos is encouraged while staying clear of the circle. If something is found on the ground, return it to the DJs, musicians, or hosts. Tips and donations are appreciated to help with gear transportation and to support artists and the fire safety teams. This is a public park, so plans may change and flexibility is important.
