I want to BUY or SELL a house, land, or a 4-plex!

Team Kirby is hosting a casual family night for home buyers and sellers at Peter Piper Pizza. This is a relaxed meet and greet rather than a seminar or presentation, with time to ask real estate questions, network, and enjoy pizza. Topics often discussed include how to purchase a fourplex, how to estimate what a home might sell for, and what is needed to qualify to buy a home. Shared guidelines note that credit scores of 500 to 579 may require 10 percent down, 580 and above may allow 3.5 percent down, and 640 and above may allow no employment verification with 20 percent down. Some investment properties may require 20 percent down, and providing W-2s or tax returns can help with qualifying. The gathering is intended for anyone interested in buying, selling, investing, or building in residential or commercial real estate. There is no cost to attend, and friends are welcome.
