*SOLD OUT*Take Home Crystal and Sound Bath Event
Settle in at Bee Humble Wellness for an intimate crystal and sound bath experience designed for a small group. Advance registration is required due to limited space. You will relax on a provided yoga mat with blankets, an eye pillow, and a bolster. After intuitively selecting a heart-shaped crystal, you will learn what it is and how it may support healing, clarity, and stress relief, and you will take it home at the end. Nicole guides a meditation to deepen your connection with the crystal, then facilitates a small group conversation that fosters shared connection and personal reflection. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath using instruments such as a gong, crystal bowls, and wind chimes. Gentle vibrations move through the body to help release excess or stagnant energy, easing emotional or physical tension and inviting a deeply relaxed state. Many participants leave feeling calm, content, and refreshed.
