Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey in Scottsdale Sundays and Tuesdays

Settle into a breathwork and sound healing experience that blends circular breathwork with guided imagery and an immersive musical landscape to support a meaningful turn inward. Held at the Lumai studio, this gathering invites a pause from survival mode so nourishment, clarity, and renewal can naturally emerge. Through intentional breathing, inspiring music, and supportive live instruments, the session encourages a deep reset for the nervous system, heart, and energy. As the body releases what it has been holding and the mind grows quiet, inner wisdom can surface, creating space for realignment, restoration, and a renewed sense of wholeness. It can be especially supportive for anyone feeling depleted, disconnected, or ready for a fresh start. Potential benefits include greater insight into the deeper mind and practical ways to re-pattern it, quick relief from fear and tension, more genuine relationships, a renewed awareness of your connection with existence, deeper trust in yourself and in life, increased self confidence, the possibility of easing psychosomatic symptoms, recognition and reversal of fear of the positive, practical steps on the path to self realization, a conscious connection with higher aspects of being, a supported way to release and feel renewed, and a felt connection to universal source. The experience is guided by Colter, who has facilitated more than 700 meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 and is dedicated to creating a safe, sacred space for personal transformation and authentic connection. The price is $45, and payment can also be made through the Lumai app. Please eat lightly a few hours beforehand and wear comfortable clothing. Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with certain heart conditions, cardiovascular disease, or diagnosed psychiatric conditions. If possible, review preparation guidelines in advance.
