Still Point: A Summer Solstice Meditation Journey
Experience a three-hour, fully guided meditation journey led by Melissa in honor of the Summer Solstice. The workshop welcomes beginners and supports seasoned practitioners, offering practices suited to every stage of experience. Participants move through breathwork, moving meditation, chanting, silent meditation, and the Tibetan practice of tonglen, each element building toward a clearer, more compassionate relationship with inner life. The session concludes with unhurried time for integration, personal reflection, and writing, creating space for insights to settle. Cost is $35 per person, and attendance is limited to 35 participants. It also makes a meaningful Father’s Day gift for anyone who would appreciate a few hours of stillness, presence, and renewal.
