The flow is simple: check in, head out for a one to six mile run or walk, then wrap up with stretching and, when offered, a raffle. Afterward, there is an optional nearby hangout for a drink or a bite. The meetup happens every week on Wednesday and often features themed runs. Expect brand spotlights, product demonstrations with gear to try, and occasional guest speakers and special activities. The atmosphere welcomes all experience levels, offering a place to learn, get moving, and make connections. Saturdays focus on Hip-Hop and R&B with DJs, drinks and a vibrant crowd. Sundays wrap up the week with an Open Mic where live music, professional artists and casual singers share the spotlight alongside DJ vibes.

Spectrum Sunset Strolls with Vuori features a guided, fitness-focused walk of about two to three miles on nearby trails, offering time to connect with the community and take in sunset views. Check-in is near Sephora by the fountain at Irvine Spectrum, followed by the stroll and a finish at Vuori Irvine Spectrum for post-walk refreshments available to registered participants. This series is scheduled for the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Advance reservations are required. Activities after the walk are limited to attendees, with refreshments limited to one per person. The event is weather permitting.
