Centered on the theme Our Health Matters, the 3rd Inland Empire Black Health and Fitness Business Expo is a free, family-friendly community event that celebrates wellness and empowerment. A dynamic group of panelists dedicated to advancing health in the Black community will share experience across fitness, nutrition, mental health, and holistic care, offering practical tools and personal perspectives. Conversations will acknowledge challenges, highlight victories, and present solutions that encourage healthier, more vibrant lives. The expo also features vendors and opportunities to connect with health and fitness businesses.

Lighthouse of Hope Foundation Inc. offers a free weekly food pantry that provides fresh groceries and other essentials to individuals and families in need. Please bring a wagon, cart, boxes, or bags to carry what you receive. Onsite registration is available and no ID is required. Admission is free for a live music show in the Tukut Lounge. The lineup features Gil T Serrano on lead vocals, Neal Shelton on lead guitar, Jack Roemer on bass guitar, and Pat Magrath on drums. The performance is presented in three 45 minute sets.
