Each week a different instructor leads a distinct flow, so every class offers something new while keeping a friendly, open-air atmosphere that is inclusive and grounding. Sessions last about an hour and welcome all experience levels. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel, and consider sunscreen and bug spray; complimentary mat rentals are available. Participants are encouraged to reserve a spot in advance to help organizers prepare.
