South Dakota honey is priced at $15 per container, and Georgia Elliot pecans are $15 for a 12 ounce package. No signup is required, and everything is sold on a first come, first served basis. This free outdoor yoga series with The Rooted Rose Sangha returns to Cumberland Green Park for ten weeks of movement and community. Each week a different instructor leads a distinct flow, so every class offers something new while keeping a friendly, open-air atmosphere that is inclusive and grounding. Sessions last about an hour and welcome all experience levels. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel, and consider sunscreen and bug spray; complimentary mat rentals are available. Participants are encouraged to reserve a spot in advance to help organizers prepare. The series is offered as a way to give back to the community and highlight local small businesses, all under sunny skies.
