Words on WoodThe Threshold of Life: Summer Solstice Release
At the height of the sun, this solstice gathering invites a thoughtful pause at the threshold between what has been and what is ready to come forward. In an intimate two hour workshop, you will move through guided meditation, mindful EFT tapping, quiet reflection, and intuitive creative practice to notice patterns, possibilities, and the inner wisdom already present. The experience supports setting down outdated stories and expectations, easing emotional weight, reconnecting with your own inner voice and intuitive sense, and sensing what is ready to unfold in the season ahead while grounding into greater clarity, trust, and self awareness. The flow includes a solstice focused meditation, a simple releasing ritual, reflective journaling prompts, an intuitive art process inspired by solar energy and personal emergence, and a closing ritual to integrate what you discover. No art background is required. The emphasis is on process rather than perfection, creating space to explore, listen, and receive. Fee: $40.
