Proceeds support the Christopher J. Andreozzi Charitable Foundation, which works to preserve his legacy by raising awareness of sudden cardiac death and arrhythmias and by providing education, training, and equipment such as CPR instruction and Automated External Defibrillators to help individuals and communities respond to cardiac emergencies. The Foundation also supports the Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome (SADS) Foundation and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, and plans to sponsor scholarships at Hamden High School and the Yale University School of Nursing to prepare future healthcare leaders in his memory. At Blue Trail Range, this rifle and pistol training day is intended for shooters with an intermediate or higher skill level. Participants work through structured drills that emphasize engaging multiple targets, moving with control, tightening accuracy, and using barricades. A shot timer and scored targets provide measurable feedback for each course of fire. Wear the gear configuration that fits your needs, whether low-visibility holsters and magazine pouches or overt setups like gun belts and tactical vests. Training includes steel target work, so ammunition must be solid copper jacketed lead core. Do not bring light armor piercing loads such as XM193 or SS109 steel core, Russian bi-metal, or any other round that does not meet these requirements. If ammunition restrictions apply, there will be ample paper target work with appropriate rounds. Plan to run a semi-automatic carbine or rifle with a tactical sling, along with a handgun. Bring at least five magazines for each platform, about 300 rounds for rifle and 300 for pistol, and a magazine pouch for the long gun. Use a strong-side draw holster only and pair it with a sturdy belt; small of back, ankle, shoulder, and cross-draw holsters are not permitted. Eye and ear protection are required, with electronic hearing protection preferred. Wear closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. Pack water, a chair, and lunch. With Sophia Petrillo missing, the trio treks from Atlanta to Brooklyn to St. Olaf on a quest that could culminate at the North Pole, all while wondering whether Freida is hatching another plan to strip the world of its trees. Expect favorite seasonal songs, countless nods for die-hard fans, and the playful shenanigans audiences know from The Golden Gays. Taking place at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake, the event features a cash bar, $20 general admission, and a $30 VIP option that includes a pre-show meet and greet, a photo with the full cast, and priority seating. Rocky’s musical journey began at nine with the trumpet in a Connecticut home filled with the sounds of Louis Armstrong and Mahalia Jackson, with Armstrong as his first musical hero. By eleven he had fallen under the spell of Jimi Hendrix and moved to guitar. Learning Voodoo Child led him to the changes of Muddy Waters, then farther back to Robert Johnson and Son House. He also points out that Johnson drew from contemporaries like Son House and Lonnie Johnson. The tasting room features boutique wines and refreshing hard ciders from Apple Theory Cidery. This performance offers soulful playing that traces life’s highs and lows back to the crossroads at the heart of the blues.
