Bloom & Sip: An Evening of Art and Elegance

An elegant, women-focused evening of creativity unfolds at 33 Contemporary Gallery in Coconut Creek, where selected wines and refined bites pair with a reflective art experience. Each participant chooses a flower that resonates, inspired by a set of five symbolic floral archetypes. Florida-based artist Rebecca Joyce provides pre-sketched canvases for each design and offers artistic guidance so everyone can paint with confidence, with no previous experience required. Dr. Yanina Gomez leads guided meditations and intentional pauses that invite a kinder inner dialogue and a renewed appreciation of personal beauty, shifting attention from perceived flaws to strengths already present. As the journey progresses, guests channel feelings and insights into color, brushwork, layers, and words, creating a bloom on canvas that mirrors an individual story. The evening also includes time to explore the gallery’s current exhibition, and a 15% discount applies to any gallery artwork purchased during the event. Participants take home a finished floral painting that reflects identity and growth, rounding out a refined ladies night that blends mindfulness, artistry, and elegance.

Cacao & Sound Journey with Amy Shine @YoUniversal Studios Coral Springs | Saturday Nov 22nd

Cacao, sound, and somatic practices come together in a small-group journey guided by Amy Shine at YOUniversal Yoga. This 2.5 hour session invites participants to slow down, settle into the body, and restore. The experience weaves ceremonial cacao, aromatic oils, breathwork, gentle movement, a 75 minute lying-down sound immersion, and supportive hands-on somatic energy touch. It begins with an intention-setting cacao circle, moves into a relaxed somatic drop-in with aromatherapy and soft breathing, then unfolds into the extended sound journey as brainwave patterns shift and the body softens. Gentle, intentional touch is offered throughout to deepen the process. No prior experience is needed, and each gathering is unique. Ceremonial cacao is a traditional Mayan preparation made from whole cacao beans without common chocolate additives. It is not psychoactive and can support an uplifted mood, clearer thinking, a stronger body connection, and an open, receptive state for inner work. Drinking cacao is optional. Participation is limited to 10 people. The cost is $60, and booking in advance is recommended to reserve a place. Amy Shine is a Somatic Movement Facilitator, Embodiment Coach, and Nervous System Educator with more than 15 years in the healing arts, blending movement, breathwork, sound, and energy work to support deep restoration and transformation.
