Books and Bites Stop is a weekly literacy program designed to make reading enjoyable, accessible, and consistent for children. It supports young readers by offering engaging books and encouraging steady reading habits, while also raising awareness about the importance of literacy in children’s lives. Each child receives books, a snack, and a reading log to track progress. After a book is finished, parents sign the log, which is then returned each week to receive new reading material and another snack. Every completed log counts as an entry in a monthly prize drawing, adding a fun incentive to keep kids motivated. Families are encouraged to participate together, and the combination of weekly logs and regular check-ins helps build accountability and a positive environment where confidence can grow.

An upbeat, dog-friendly happy hour at The Standard Delray pairs sipping with supporting animals. Ninja Night - In House Competition!

Put your training to the test at an on-site competition at Jumptwist Ninja. Art After Dark at the Norton Museum of Art

Lillian Platte Junior Viola Recital

Amarnick-Goldstein Concert Hall presents a junior recital by violist Lillian Platte. Admission is free and the public is welcome. From Belleville, New Jersey and the child of professional musicians, Platte began private lessons at age six and currently studies at Lynn with Sheila Browne. Her former instructors include Hannah Levinson, Michael Emery, Jordan Fusco, Harold Levin, Yen Yu, and Garry Ianco. She has performed with the Plainfield Orchestra and the Society of Musical Arts in Northern New Jersey, and with the Symphony and Philharmonic Orchestras at the Manhattan School of Music Pre-College. Her training includes masterclasses with Michelle LaCourse, Atar Arad, Lauren Hodges, Masumi Per Rostad, and Andrea Houde. In 2024 she appeared as a soloist in the Walton Viola Concerto with the Society of Musical Arts. Outside of music, she enjoys exploring nature and studying human anatomy.

Elmo's Got the Moves

Elmo and his Sesame Street pals take the stage in a brand new Sesame Street Live production filled with singing, dancing, and familiar tunes including Sunny Days, Elmo’s Got the Moves, and Letter of the Day. Created for families, the show mixes energetic performances with playful learning for a shared experience of music and movement. Every attendee needs a ticket. Children age 24 months or under may use a $15 lap ticket, available for purchase at the box office. Only one lap ticket is permitted per adult, and the child must remain on the accompanying adult’s lap for the duration of the performance.

Beginner Square

Start your square dancing journey in an easygoing, welcoming atmosphere tailored to beginners. Learn the basics at a comfortable pace alongside others who are just getting started. Admission is $6 per person, payable at the door.

Independent Bookstore Days at Convivio Bookworks

Convivio Bookworks presents a weekend-long salute to independent bookstores, transforming the shop into a hands-on celebration of reading and the book arts. Visitors can try their hand at the 1950s Nolan Press, pulling book cover prints from metal type while operating a midcentury tabletop press. There is also a guided activity on sewing a simple notebook designed for jotting down books that have been read or are on the to-read list. A collaborative Exquisite Corpse story invites each participant to add two lines after reading the two that came before. Complimentary homemade cookies and cups of Horn & Hardart Automat Coffee, roasted in small batches in Philadelphia, will be served. Between activities, browse a varied selection of goods and explore the shop’s collection of books.

ELECTRIC ROOT: LET LOVE LEAD, A CELEBRATION OF BLACK MUSIC

Electric Root’s newest production, LET LOVE LEAD, is an immersive concert that honors the Black musical traditions that have shaped the broader cultural soundscape. Welcoming listeners across generations, it centers on connection, contemplation, and joy. Vocalists Brianna Thomas, C. Anthony Bryant, and Charenee Wade deliver a soul-stirring program that celebrates Black musical excellence and underscores its vitality in the present day.

Ladies Comedy Night

Godspell

Presented at Bak Middle School Of The Arts, this production of Godspell brings to the stage Stephen Schwartz’s first major musical from the three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner known for Wicked, Pippin, and Children of Eden. A small ensemble retells the parables of Jesus through playful games, inventive storytelling, and comic timing, set to a score that ranges from pop to vaudeville. Signature songs include “Day by Day,” “Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord,” “Learn Your Lessons Well,” “All for the Best,” “All Good Gifts,” “Turn Back, O Man,” and “By My Side.” The story moves toward the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, highlighting messages of kindness, tolerance, and love. Maria Savelyeva Cello Recital

Admission is free and all are welcome to a recital featuring cellist Maria Savelyeva, a Master of Music candidate at Lynn studying with David Cole. Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, she began cello at six at the Krushelnytska Special Music School with Professor Ludmila Komar. She later earned an Artist Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in cello performance from the College of Charleston under Natalia Khoma. Her honors include top prizes at Talents for Europe in Slovakia, Mejdynarodnyi Koncurs im. Janine Garsci in Poland, the August Dombrowskis International Competition in Latvia, and the Ukrainian Chamber Music Competition. She has performed as a soloist with orchestras in Kyiv and Lviv, as well as with the College of Charleston Orchestra in 2021 and 2023. Her ensemble work includes the First Ukrainian-Austrian Youth Orchestra Academy and the Orchestra of The Americas during its European tour, along with festival appearances at Eurasia, Oyster Bay, Piccolo Spoleto, Spoleto Festival USA, and the Charleston Chamber Music Intensive. She has appeared at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Merkin Hall in New York, participated in masterclasses with Alexander Buzlov, Alexey Seleznev, Denis Severin, Natalia Khoma, and violinist Ilya Kaler, and served as an instructor at the Oyster Bay Music Festival, providing chamber coaching and private lessons.

Elwood reunites with his brother Jake and the band, playfully nodding to their storied backstory. Paul Ferretti steps in as "Joliet" Jake Blues and Robert Vicens appears as Elwood Blues. Steve "Commando" Pierce drives the sound on lead and slide guitar with vocals, and Stan "The Man" Bernstein powers the keyboards with vocals. The lineup also features Dave "Doc Brown" Langley on bass and vocals, Mark "World Tour" DeRose on drums and percussion, Brad Jimenez on baritone sax and vocals, Mark Ordway on trumpet and vocals, and Tom Lacy on trombone and vocals.

He is also the recipient of the 2024 Emerging Lead Award from Clark State College. His live resume includes opening for Justin Moore, Russell Dickerson, Randy Houser, Lonestar, Craig Morgan, LOCASH, Craig Campbell, Austin Snell, and Canaan Cox, and he has shared the stage in Nashville with Jelly Roll and RedFerrin. Presented by the Levis JCC, the Shine Like a Star Luncheon at Boca West Country Club features guest speaker Kaelynn Partlow, an author and autism advocate recognized from the Netflix series Love on the Spectrum. Proceeds support the Levis JCC Helene & Roy Schwedelson Special Needs Department through its programs and scholarship fund. The event is led by founding chair Judy Levis Krug with co-chairs Marisa Baker, Lori Fineman, and Alexis Frisch. Partlow, an autistic therapist, public speaker, content creator, and author of Life on the Bridge, shares perspectives on autism through national talks, social media, and her work with the Project Hope Foundation to promote practical support and inclusion.

Speaking up can be hard, yet staying quiet to keep the peace often widens the distance. This event explores how honest communication, clear boundaries, and brave conversations support recovery and healthier relationships. Guardian Recovery hosts Colette Jane Fehr, LMFT, LMHC, a licensed psychotherapist, TEDx speaker, podcast host, and author of The Cost of Quiet. Drawing from her book and decades of practice, she shares practical, science-informed approaches to overcoming avoidance and nurturing connections built on honesty, vulnerability, and secure attachment. The program features a talk on why silence can stall growth in recovery and relationships, concrete tools for navigating conflict with courage and compassion, an audience Q&A, and a book signing opportunity. It is free to attend with limited space. Participation is available in person and via Instagram Live. The event is open to the public and is not limited to current Guardian Recovery clients.

Arbor Day Tree Planting

Community Greening is teaming up with the City of Boca Raton for an Arbor Day tree planting at Spanish River Athletic Park, adding 40 native shade trees along the walking and running trail. Community Greening arborists and trained Tree Technicians will lead the effort and support volunteers. No experience is necessary, and all skill levels and physical capabilities are welcome. All tools will be provided, with work gloves available to borrow, plus water and light snacks. A DJ will be on site to keep the energy up. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get dirty, and consider a hat and sunscreen. Families are welcome, and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration. Volunteers must register in advance.

Christian McBride brings his Ursa Major ensemble to Arts Garage, led by the eleven-time Grammy-winning bassist, composer, and bandleader. In addition to his work on stage, he serves as Artistic Director for New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the TD James Moody Jazz Festival, and the National Jazz Museum in Harlem. His dedication to education includes leadership roles with Jazz House KiDS and the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Summer Sessions. He also hosts NPR’s Jazz Night in America and The Lowdown on SiriusXM, and his musical reach spans jazz, R&B, pop and rock, hip hop and neo soul, and classical music. Ursa Major features saxophonist Nicole Glover, guitarist Ely Perlman, pianist Michael King, and drummer Savannah Harris. Glover records as a leader, contributes to the collective ARTEMIS on Blue Note, often performs with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, and teaches at Princeton University, Manhattan School of Music, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. King, a Chicago native and Oberlin Conservatory alumnus, grew up in church music, earned competitive training opportunities, and tours internationally with a range of ensembles. Harris, based in New York, bridges jazz with indie and experimental scenes, tours widely with leading artists, holds a master’s degree from Manhattan School of Music, and received the Harlem Stage Emerging Artist Award. Perlman, originally from Tel Aviv and a Berklee graduate, blends jazz with indie folk and electronic influences, collaborates broadly, and is preparing a self-produced debut album. A multi-family yard sale is clearing out a wide range of items, including furniture, electronics, clothing for all ages, household goods, toys and kids items, and other unexpected finds. Prices start at $1, with bundle discounts available. Arriving early offers the best selection, while later in the day brings deeper markdowns as remaining items are cleared out. Everything is priced to move and is selling quickly. Bringing cash and a friend can make browsing and buying easier.

JEREMY’S WAY - THE SANTANA EXPERIENCE

A monthly gathering at JaiStar Studios weaves ceremonial cacao, vocal breath activation, free-form ecstatic dance, and soothing sound healing into a heart-focused experience. Facilitated by Arielle Star with music and sound work by Jaime Triana, the program encourages expression through voice, movement, and deep restoration. Jazz & Canvas: Couples Night

A calm alternative to the typical restaurant date, this couples night at Canvas & Company invites partners to slow the pace in a candlelit studio filled with live jazz. A jazz duo shares smooth, soulful melodies while couples take part in a guided painting session using two canvases that come together as one shared work of art. No prior art experience is required, and all materials are provided. Light snacks are available, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Experience a season of Magic: The Gathering Commander with a 13-week league focused on multiplayer fun and meaningful rewards. At Okeeheelee Park, a free, first-year community walk brings families, multiple generations, and local businesses together to champion children and address childhood poverty. Many walk for their kids, in remembrance of loved ones, and for a Palm Beach where every child can feel safe, supported, and surrounded by opportunity regardless of ZIP code or circumstances. Each step is meant to spark change that can ripple through families, neighborhoods, and the generations ahead. Bassist Christian McBride leads Ursa Major, a quintet that brings together five distinct musical perspectives. A winner of eleven GRAMMY Awards, McBride serves as Artistic Director for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the TD James Moody Jazz Festival, the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, Jazz House KiDS, and the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Summer Sessions. He also hosts Jazz Night in America on NPR and The Lowdown: Conversations With Christian on SiriusXM. The lineup features Nicole Glover on saxophone, Ely Perlman on guitar, Michael King on piano and keyboards, and Savannah Harris on drums. Nicole Glover, a New York based saxophonist, bandleader, composer, and educator, released Strange Lands on the Savant label with pianist George Cables. The London Times awarded the album four stars, and it held a spot near the top of the Jazzweek radio charts for 11 weeks. She is a member of ARTEMIS, whose second recording, In Real Time, appeared on Blue Note Records, and she often performs with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Her teaching includes faculty roles at Princeton University, Manhattan School of Music, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Savannah Harris, a drummer, composer, and producer raised in Oakland and now based in New York City, began playing at age 2 and draws from jazz as well as broader diasporic and folkloric traditions. Her credits span indie and experimental collaborations with Helado Negro, Georgia Anne Muldrow, and KeiyaA, recordings with María Grand and Peter Evans, and performances with Geri Allen, Ambrose Akinmusire, and Kenny Barron. She tours extensively with Christian McBride, Cecile McLorin Salvant, and Kenny Barron, received the Harlem Stage Emerging Artist Award, earned a master’s degree in jazz performance from the Manhattan School of Music, and has been featured by Modern Drummer and Sixteen Journal. Michael King, a Chicago native, moved from drums to piano and organ as a teenager. An alumnus of Lincoln Park High School and Oberlin Conservatory, he was selected for the Thelonious Monk Institute and the Ravinia Jazz Scholars program on merit scholarships. His performance and recording history includes work with Bobby Watson, Gary Bartz, Billy Hart, Rufus Reid, and others, and he tours internationally with DeeDee Bridgewater, Robin Eubanks, Theo Croker's DVRK FUNK, Soul Understated, and Marcus Printup. Ely Perlman, based in New York, is a guitarist, producer, and composer known for blending influences from jazz, indie folk, and electronic music. He has collaborated with artists such as Shai Maestro, Braxton Cook, Noah Preminger, Amir Bresler, and Larry Klein. Originally from Tel Aviv, he studied at Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts and the Israel Conservatory of Music before attending Berklee College of Music. His self produced debut album, Everything Should Be, is forthcoming. Together, these artists shape Ursa Major under McBride’s direction, uniting deep experience, rising talent, and a shared commitment to creative interplay.

D O B and Musicians of SoFlo present a benefit concert at Crazy Uncle Mike's to help knock out Parkinson's. The fundraiser supports the DOB Parkinson's Charity, whose mission is to help people living with Parkinson's by covering costs for medical treatment, medication, transportation and physical therapy. The charity works directly with participating providers and vendors, including Holy Cross Hospital and Dr. Physiotherapy and Wellness, and focuses on the Tri County area of South Florida, including Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County. This third edition features live performances by Private Stock, 70's Jukebox, Turnstiles, the Ultimate Billy Joel Tribute, and Majesty of Rock, with additional support from local business groups. The goal is to ease access to essential care for those who need it.

Concealed Carry Next Steps Course

At Palm Beach Shooting Center, this intermediate, four-hour concealed carry course focuses on moving from static range practice to confidently and responsibly carrying a handgun for personal defense. It is designed for proficient shooters planning to carry in public and emphasizes the skills and decision-making needed before stepping out with a concealed pistol. Instruction covers safety, a strong fighting stance, effective grip and firearm fit under stress, sighting fundamentals, trigger and recoil control, and aiming methods that become automatic under pressure. The class also explores what happens before, during, and after a violent encounter, how to choose defensive ammunition, situational awareness and tactical planning, a resilient defensive mindset, concealment holsters, belts and carry options, carry positions, and how to recognize and work with the body’s physical and psychological responses in lethal force situations. Expect on-range coaching with individualized guidance. Participants should be fully comfortable operating their handgun on their own in a traditional range setting, including loading, unloading, showing clear, and clearing basic malfunctions. Those using semi-automatics need to lock the slide open and resolve stoppages without assistance. Plan to train with the gun you intend to carry and have fundamentals that feel automatic. Within the last 12 months, you should have fired at least 500 rounds through that firearm. A solid grasp of firearm safety and range etiquette is required. Bring either a valid concealed weapons license or a recent criminal background check. If you need help meeting these benchmarks, private instruction or an introductory handgun course can prepare you. Please bring your carry handgun, at least two magazines for semi-automatics or speedloaders for a revolver, about 150 rounds of ammunition, wraparound eye protection and hearing protection, closed-toe footwear, clothing that is not low-cut or sleeveless, and pen and paper. Ammunition and protective gear may be available for purchase at the range. Students who arrive without the required gear will be unable to participate in live-fire portions. Class size is kept small with a maximum 5 to 1 student to instructor ratio, and enrollment may be limited to five students. Tuition is $175, payable to the instructor at the start of class by cash or credit. A credit card is required to hold a reservation and will be charged only if fees apply. Schedule changes or cancellations carry a $25 administrative fee. Changes or cancellations within seven days of the class incur a $75 late fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows are charged $175. Preregistration through Florida Firearms Training is required for all classes.

Returning for its second year, this Kentucky Derby celebration brings race day excitement to Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton. Arts Garage hosts a smooth tribute to the soft rock era, presented courtesy of Tom Porter. Expect favorite hits from the 1970s and 1980s, including songs like Baby Come Back, Diamond Girl, and Sister Golden Hair that invite plenty of nostalgia. The performance is by Yacht Rock, a group formed in early 2019 by accomplished musicians committed to authentic renditions of the genre. They have brought this music to theaters, concert venues, performing arts centers, corporate events, country clubs, homeowners associations, and municipal stages across Florida and beyond, with appearances at Mizner Amphitheater, Ritz-Carlton properties around the state, the Kravis Center, and The Breakers in Palm Beach. The eight members are active professional players in South Florida and, collectively and individually, have performed hundreds of shows in recent years. At Arts Garage, Haitian-American trumpeter, composer, and conch shell performer Jean Caze leads a dynamic six-piece band in a program that blends modern jazz with Haitian rhythms. The set focuses on new original pieces from his Kreyol Djazz Suite, featuring soulful melodies, energetic grooves, and expansive improvisation that bring Caribbean spirit and jazz tradition together. Caze is recognized for collaborations with artists such as Herbie Hancock, Aretha Franklin, Michael Bublé, Mariah Carey, Al Jarreau, Roy Hargrove, Arturo Sandoval, and George Duke. He earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 2004, won the National Trumpet Jazz Competition that year, was the 2006 International Trumpet Guild Jazz Competition winner, and completed a Master’s in Jazz Performance at Florida International University in 2007, the same year he placed second in the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Trumpet Competition. He performs as a featured soloist with Michael Bublé’s touring band and has released the albums Miami Jazz Scene and Amédé, which reflect the connection between his Haitian heritage and his American jazz training. The ensemble includes Caze on trumpet, flugelhorn, conch shell, and vocals, Claudens Louis on tenor and soprano saxophone, Harold St. Louis on keyboard and piano, Marty Quinn on electric bass, Wesner St. Louis on congas, and Harvel Nakundi on drums.

At Arts Garage, The Bruce Tribute presents a concert devoted to the songs of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, aiming to reflect the spirit and emotion of Springsteen's live performances. The group is led by guitarist and vocalist Billy Livesay, who toured for 12 years with E Streeter Clarence Clemons in Temple of Soul and appeared on the Live in Asbury Park recordings. Beyond the stage, Livesay has licensed 21 songs to an MTV series, placed music in motion pictures, NBC movies of the week and dozens of weekly television shows, and holds publishing and licensing credits with Kid Gloves Music, Transition Music and Crucial Music. Formed out of a long-running dedication to this music, the band focuses on a faithful approach to the sound and feel of the originals. ABBA TRIBUTE- Rock of ABBA: The Live Concert Experience at Crazy Uncle Mike’s

Rock of ABBA brings an all-live concert experience to Crazy Uncle Mikes, rewinding the vibe to 1978 with the ABBA Gold collection of top global hits. The set invites plenty of singing and dancing to favorites like Mamma Mia, Super Trouper, SOS, Voulez-Vous, Gimme Gimme, and Money, Money, Money, with more classics in the mix. The performers channel the era’s signature dance moves, disco grooves, and 70s glam for a vibrant tribute. Tickets will be available soon, with updates to follow when the ticket link goes live.

The Allman Revival - A Tribute to the Allman Brothers Band

At Arts Garage, The Allman Revival salutes the Allman Brothers Band with a tribute concert shaped by eight musicians who share a strong connection to these songs. The performance focuses on early-era highlights such as Statesboro Blues, Ramblin’ Man, Melissa, Blue Sky, Whipping Post and more. Ken Hurley leads on vocals, joined by guitarists Lou Piccinetti and Tim D’Andrea, pianist Hayden Greyson, keyboardist Cory Bickford, bassist Tom Porter, drummer Hank Riesco, and percussionist Evan Kline. Hurley’s background in Kentucky and church choir singing informs his voice, and he also performs with Beautiful Loser, the acoustic trio Wildwood with Lou and Tom, and the regional cover group Stray Dogs. Piccinetti has been a fixture in the South Florida scene, working with Yacht Rock, One Hit Wonders, Beautiful Loser, Wildwood, Stray Dogs, and Piece, an instrumental tribute to the Beatles. Porter holds down the bass here and across projects he founded and manages, plays with Stray Dogs and Wildwood, maintains a long-running role with Phil Varca & The SlamJammers, and appears with Atomic Fly and The Stiff while operating Great Tribute Bands. Bickford, the youngest member, covers the group’s hallmark keyboard lines and also appears with Yacht Rock, One Hit Wonders, Beautiful Loser, Stray Dogs, and the original progressive band State Of Flux.

Bob Marley Tribute by Yvad & The Legal Roots

Arts Garage presents a vibrant celebration of Bob Marley led by Yvad and The Legal Roots, delivering a 90 to 120 minute set of beloved Marley classics alongside Yvad’s own reggae originals. Audiences can expect favorites such as No Woman No Cry, Three Little Birds, Buffalo Soldier, Redemption Song and more. Yvad’s journey began in Kingston, where a performance at the Tuff Gong Museum caught the attention of Stephen Marley and led to a Tuff Gong signing. His debut album, Young Gifted & Dread, introduced the single We Need Love, which earned Best Produced Single at the Jamaica Music Awards in 1995. His rising profile brought coverage in Billboard, an MTV Europe interview with a showcase from Tuff Gong Studios, and a full program on BET’s Caribbean Rhythms. He also appeared in the Marley Magic concert alongside members of the Marley family, including Rita, Ziggy, Cedella, Stephen, Julian and Damion. He followed with the album Justice, then met Aston “Family Man” Barrett and became lead singer of The Wailers in 2006, releasing The Sojourner and fronting the band through 2012. He later formed the Reggae Renegades and continues to carry forward a message rooted in uplift, positivity and the spirit of reggae. The Legal Roots lineup features Mike Foster on drums, Keith Clemetson and Robert Johnson on guitars, Chico Chin on horn, Kevin Yvad Davy on vocals, Curtise Salmon on bass, and Jayme Glusman and Gabriel Benitez on keyboards.

Halfway to Christmas Craft Fair - WPB

Celebrate the holiday spirit in the middle of summer at a festive indoor craft fair at the South Florida Fairgrounds Expo Center. Explore an air-conditioned winter wonderland featuring vendors and exhibitors from across the state and beyond, offering fine art, handmade goods, jewelry, clothing, candles and soaps, Christmas décor, baked goods, chocolates and other sweet treats, along with one-of-a-kind gifts. Food and beverages will be available for purchase while you shop. Twinkling lights, festive music, eye-catching decorations and inflatable displays set the scene, and hourly door prizes add to the fun. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be stopping by for photo opportunities. It can get chilly inside, so a jacket may be comfortable. Admission is $7, children 10 and under are free, and one paid admission includes re-entry on both days with a hand stamp. Brittney Cookies will be there with fresh-baked assorted cookies, cakes and specialty treats, chocolate-dipped goodies, buckeyes, edible cookie dough and more.

Sunday Morning Drumming Circle

A hands-on drumming circle led by Margaret Ann Lembo centers on intention setting, energy clearing, and guided meditation. It begins with a ceremonial calling of the seven directions using Smudge in Spray, a smoke-free alternative to traditional smudging. The first round of rhythms focuses on releasing what is no longer needed, then the second invites you to envision the life you want and drum that vision into being. To close, Margaret Ann leads a meditative journey while drumming to help you access insight and move forward with confidence. Bring a written list of intentions. Personal drums or rattles are welcome, and instruments will be available for use, including time on a large Pow Wow drum. Pricing is $27 with prepayment or $33 at the door, all sales are non-refundable, and attendance is limited to 12 participants. Guided by the facilitator’s teachings, drumming and rattling can help shake loose stagnant energy across the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. Replacing what is released with clear, positive intentions supports manifestation, while participation can encourage stress relief, bolster immunity, and foster a sense of community.
