Big Cypress National Preserve Camping Trip

Spring Running Series

Cardio Kidz returns this spring in Fort Myers with a three week running series for children ages 2 to 14 of all abilities. Each race is held once a week on Sunday and features age-appropriate options such as the 50 and 100 yard dashes, plus 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile and 1 mile runs. Beyond fitness, the program supports social and emotional growth, welcoming both experienced runners and those who have never run before. Participants will focus on a weekly word of affirmation, set goals and track progress throughout the series.
