F3 Men's Workout Group- Monday Beatdown

F3, short for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, is a free, peer-led workout for men that meets weekly at Veterans Memorial Park in Ocala. Sessions take place outdoors and can be tailored to any fitness level, with participants taking turns leading the exercises. The focus is on accountability and brotherhood, and each workout concludes with a brief time of reflection and prayer. No gym membership or formal instructors are involved, just men supporting one another through challenging, adaptable workouts.

Workshops & Classes

Beginner Watercolor with Elena Mahoney

Guest instructor Elena Mahoney leads a beginner-friendly watercolor workshop designed for anyone new to the medium. Over the course of two hours, participants follow clear, supportive instruction to paint a robin together at an easy pace. All supplies are included, so there is nothing to bring other than curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Elena is a self-taught watercolorist, born in Ukraine in 1979, who moved to the United States in 2011, began painting in 2015, and soon sold early pieces through a downtown gallery in Omaha, Nebraska. After moving to the Caribbean in 2023 to devote more time to watercolor, she settled in Ocala, Florida, where she now creates art full time. Her work often favors large formats and a transparent, emotion-led style. Pricing starts at $45.
