Explore Acro Yoga in a welcoming, beginner friendly class that does not require a partner or exceptional flexibility or strength. The focus is on building confidence and letting go of common hesitations, with an environment that invites all ages and body types and is open to everyone across color and gender. This is a donation based session, and contributions support community growth and future public education about Acro Yoga. Expect to build a solid foundation, learn safe body mechanics and core engagement, and practice clear, positive communication for problem solving. Beginners receive a list of starter skills and a challenge card to guide continued progress, along with an introduction to the local Acro Yoga community. Class guidelines emphasize safety and collaboration. Substance and alcohol use are not allowed, and participants are asked to arrive ready to partner and cooperate with others. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been recently exposed to illness. Before attending, plan to reserve a spot, complete the liability waiver, spread the word to friends, consider signing up for a free St. Pete Acro Yoga membership to stay informed, and follow along on social media.
