Supercross Series FINALS

The series reaches its finale with a Supercross‑inspired program that welcomes all racers and brands after a six‑event points chase across SS Hobbies & Raceway, DFD R/C, and 727 Raceway. Qualifying is based on timed hot laps rather than traditional heads‑up racing, giving drivers the flexibility to tweak setups, wait for a clear track, and try again if a fast lap goes awry, while cutting the track is not permitted. The quickest group advances to the A‑main, with the next groups filling the B and C mains that serve as last‑chance qualifiers. Securing TQ guarantees the pole position and includes the option to run the sprint or skip it without losing that spot. A short sprint sets the A‑main starting order. Electric classes run A, B, and C mains, while nitro features longer A mains with additional B and C mains, all designed to maximize track time for participants. Plaques will be awarded to the top five in each class at the finals. Classes include Sportsman E‑Buggy, Sportsman Nitro Buggy, Intermediate E‑Buggy, Intermediate Nitro Buggy, Open E‑Truggy, Open Nitro Truggy, and 4WD Short Course.

HOB Give Back - Saturday Food Giveawy

The HOB Give Back hosts a free grocery distribution for anyone facing food insecurity and needing assistance. Everyone is welcome, and no identification is requested unless a quick check is needed to confirm that guests are not from the same household, since there is one bag allotted per household. Food is sorted from donations provided through Good Neighbors, and each household may choose the items that best fit their needs. One bag per family typically includes options like fresh produce, breads, desserts, and meat. Availability can change, and some items may have limits. A lottery system is used to set the order so no one has to wait in a long line. Food Give Away Cards are handed out and drawn at random. If someone arrives after distribution begins, they receive a smiley face and are served at the end because new cards are not issued once the process starts. The giveaway takes place at HOB Brewing Co. under the pavilion.
