Donation-based beach yoga with The Barefoot Yoga Studio takes place at Marcinski Road Beach at the #26 walkover. Guided by Carol Serna, a Jupiter instructor with over two decades of teaching experience, the class emphasizes community and well-being with the Atlantic as the backdrop. Open to all experience levels. Indoor classes are also offered at the studio in Bluffs Plaza.

Experience a free, beginner-friendly salsa and bachata class at Copacabana Bar. No prior dance experience is needed, and the atmosphere stays relaxed and welcoming. Come with friends or meet new people as you move to upbeat music in a casual setting. Wear comfortable shoes, and feel free to enjoy a drink while you practice.

Take part in a complimentary Pilates class at Wildflower Park beside the intracoastal. All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a mat and a bottle of water. No advance registration is required. Parking is limited, and BocaConnect provides a free eco-friendly shuttle to the park.
