Wowie Zowie features Atlanta improvisers putting on a playful performance where kids can jump in as much or as little as they want. It is especially great for children ages 4 to 12, making it a fun way to introduce your family to the joy of improv.

Practice and registration are available. Participants can earn Single District points, and the fee is $10.

Whiskers on Wheels turns the rink at Sparkles Family Fun Center into a roller skating fundraiser for Pounce De Leon Cat Rescue, a 100 percent volunteer run organization that helps homeless, abandoned, and vulnerable cats across Metro Atlanta and Northwest Georgia. Expect skating with a live DJ and great music, raffles, a silent auction with special prizes, family-friendly games and activities, plus fun giveaways and surprises. Admission is $5. Every dollar raised supports food, medical care, foster assistance, and second chances for cats in need, and each ticket contributes to rescue efforts that help more cats find loving homes. Donations also directly support the cats in Pounce De Leon’s care.
