Presented in collaboration with the Arts in Black Festival, Tifton’s longest-running festival now marking 40 years, this exhibit centers the work of local Black artists and their wide-ranging perspectives. Artwork from community creators appears alongside selected pieces from the Georgia State Art Collection, linking neighborhood narratives with Georgia’s broader artistic story. Together these works honor Tifton’s Black heritage and lift up contemporary voices, traditions, and talents that continue to shape the city’s cultural landscape.
