The Oahu SPCA offers affordable pet care at its Petco vaccine clinic, including vaccines, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and deworming. Each visit includes a brief wellness exam with an on-site veterinarian. Proceeds help the nonprofit rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home animals in crisis.

Experience a calming sound bath paired with complimentary energy healing in a relaxed, welcoming setting at the Unity spiritual center. Kayla Harvey, MA, LMHC, and her partner create a soothing atmosphere with seven crystal singing bowls, chimes, a variety of drums, a rain stick, and other instruments as participants sit or lie down, close their eyes, or meditate. The gentle vibrations support practices associated with reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, deeper relaxation, and better sleep. Those who wish can receive free energy work during the session by sitting with one of the designated practitioners, who offer healing through the palms to areas that need support. The gathering is free and casual, with chairs available, and bringing a yoga mat or pillow is welcome for extra comfort while lying down. A complimentary potluck is offered beforehand at the top of the stairs. All are welcome.

At Koʻolau Distillery, take part in a relaxed paint and sip guided by an artist, centered on creating a Koʻolau-themed label painting. Enjoy a friendly, creative session that blends painting with sipping.
