Spring Market at Kavanaugh's Hilltop

All materials are included so you can focus on creating and having a relaxed, creative experience. This event is for ages 21 and over, and each ticket is valid for one painter. 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series

This four-week beginner-friendly yoga series invites you to bring calm, balance, and gentle movement into your week. Sessions are led by instructor Shannon Moran, who brings more than 20 years of teaching experience. Practices focus on easing stress, settling the nervous system, and gradually improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect simple, accessible poses designed for all bodies and a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere that helps build confidence.
