Four team workouts are on the slate for all-female trios, with two divisions to fit different experience levels. The RX division is geared toward seasoned athletes who complete workouts without scaling, move efficiently with pull ups, double unders, and handstand push ups, are confident with a barbell, and can perform full squat snatches or full squat cleans at 95 pounds or more. Bid amounts are tied to item value, with $1 to $20 items requiring one quarter, $21 to $40 needing two, $41 to $60 taking three, and $61 and above calling for four. Outside snacks are welcome, and all beverages are sold at the on site cash bar. This event is run by local small businesses. It is not a charity fundraiser, though a portion of proceeds is donated to the American Legion in East Moline and the remainder goes back to the vendor partners who provide the items.
