    Breath Core Lift

    Davenport · R. Richard Bittner YMCA, 630 E 4th St

Breath Core Lift is a full-body training class that integrates functional breathing, core and pelvic floor re-education, and strength work to help build stability, ease discomfort, and support confident movement. Each session starts with a focused lift to develop skill over time, cycling through key patterns such as shoulder press, hinge, push-up, and squat so technique comes first and strength builds on top of it. You will move through intentional exercises and controlled transitions with close attention to form, alignment, and coordination rather than speed or intensity. Every movement can be adjusted to your needs, whether you are managing pain, addressing core or pelvic floor symptoms, or beginning a strength routine. Held in the second floor studio at the Downtown Davenport (Bittner) YMCA, and free for Iowa Mississippi Valley YMCA members.
