Embracing Grief: A Six-Week Bereavement Class

Embracing Grief is a six week class for those who are grieving. It offers a caring, consistent space that welcomes the broader community, whether the loss is recent or something carried for a long time. Participants can expect guided support, gentle conversation, and time for reflection, along with practical tools for living with grief. You are free to share only what feels comfortable, and no one is pushed to move faster than they are ready. The focus is on acknowledging each person’s experience with patience and compassion rather than trying to fix, rush, or minimize it.
