Red Raccoon GamesRavenloft Dungeons and Dragons Campaign
A Ravenloft Dungeons and Dragons campaign set in a mist-ruled realm that chooses its moments. The fog arrives silently, icy and heavy, closing over where you came from and what lies ahead until the familiar world slips away and something twisted takes its place. The day breaks in muted grey and leaves the stones cold. Clocks refuse to agree. People in quiet villages somehow know your name and watch with a pity that speaks to what is on its way. Roads curl back to where you started. Woods seem to breathe. Carved figures weep. A far-off castle lingers on the skyline, unreachable until the night it suddenly waits before you with open doors. In the dark, a watchful presence wears many borrowed faces... a kindly host who never eats, a child with dolls in your image, a mirror that answers a heartbeat late. It can wait forever. Your name rides the wind. Faces you laid to rest appear again. You will knock, the door will open, and regret will follow. This is a tale of creeping dread, uncanny encounters, and a realm that offers no escape.

Whiskey River SmokehouseEKADASH: Varshikothsava Cultural Program
HTBN marks its 11th Varshikotsavam with a cultural program highlighting classical, semi-classical, and devotional music and dance, with no movie songs included. Solo pieces may run up to five minutes and group items up to eight minutes. Skits should share devotional stories with a meaningful moral and can be eight to ten minutes long. To avoid duplicate song choices, performance slots are assigned in the order requests are received. When registering, include a short description of the piece along with participant names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Three days before the program, provide the name of the choreographer, coordinator, or teacher and send the music in MP3 format to the coordinator. All audio for songs and skits must be clear and will be tested at the temple two to three days in advance. For participation details, contact Cultural Activity Co-Chair Krishnaja Bhamidipati at (248) 420-4666 or Chair Gouri Karandikar at (309) 661-1034.
