Under the Tuscan Sun: Italian Culinary & Wine Tasting

Experience an Italian tasting menu that reimagines beloved comfort dishes with a blend of rustic tradition and contemporary flair. Look forward to vibrant flavors, inviting textures, and a sweet finish. The menu is crafted to be both welcoming and polished, showing how straightforward ingredients can be transformed into something memorable. This chef-led, demonstration-style evening combines storytelling, practical culinary instruction, and guided wine pairings. As dishes come together in full view, the chef shares techniques, cultural roots, and the role of carefully sourced, artisanal staples in elevating everyday cooking. It suits couples or a small group of friends seeking a relaxed night where you can savor each course while everything is prepared for you. Highlights include a lasagna-inspired dip with crispy lasagna chips, a mixed greens salad with tomato basil vinaigrette, a Tuscan-style minestrone featuring orzo, farfalle in a creamy Alfredo sauce, and a cannoli-inspired cake, paired with thoughtfully selected wines. Each class covers techniques and preparation, with a tasting of every dish and wines paired with select courses. Wine service is for guests 21 and older. Attendees receive a 20 percent discount on olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Policies note that refunds are not available. With at least one week’s notice, credit toward a future class is offered with a 10 dollar processing fee, and requests must be submitted by email. Please be aware the facility is not allergen free or gluten free, and not all dietary needs can be accommodated, including vegetarian preferences, gluten sensitivities, and dairy allergies. Foods may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish, and cross contact is possible. Product formulations may change without prior notice. Recipes provided during the class remain the property of Grovestone for personal, noncommercial use and may not be shared or sold without written permission. Participants grant permission for photos and video to be used on websites, social media, publications, and educational materials, acknowledge that images may appear online, waive compensation, and release the organizer from related claims.
