Cubillos, a flutist from Bogotá now based in Kansas City, holds a Doctor of Arts in Flute Performance from Ball State University, a Master of Music from Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Music from the National Conservatory of Colombia. Her honors include recognition at the Charleston International Spring Music Competition and top finishes in the Missouri Music Teachers Association woodwind competitions, and her performance credits span ensembles in Colombia and the United States, including the Banda Sinfónica de Cundinamarca, FOSBO, Cuarta Estación Ensemble, Enclave Latino, the Springfield-Drury Civic Orchestra, and the Muncie Symphony Orchestra. She also serves as Artistic Program Coordinator at Harmony Project Kansas City, supporting youth music initiatives and community engagement. Waterproof footwear and gloves are strongly recommended. Cleanup instructions and safety gear will be provided.
