A weekly effort brings people together to support a food pantry through shared cooking and cleaning. With plenty of ingredients on hand, the focus is on prepping food, cooking, portioning dishes, labeling, and keeping the space tidy. More regular volunteers are needed to help carry out these tasks.

Stretching with Sandi offers a free, easygoing session focused on flexibility and relaxation. Participate from a chair or on the floor, whichever you prefer, and use the time to release tension and reset after a busy day.

Marion Aldersgate Church offers free, conversation-focused English classes for adults, open to learners of any background, language, or country of origin. Sessions are interactive and activity based, helping participants build practical, everyday language skills while connecting with others in a welcoming community. A brief level interview is completed during the first session to place each student appropriately. Classes are held on Tuesdays, with a summer break and a return to weekly meetings afterward. Instruction is free, and there is a $20 fee for the book and classroom materials. A short registration form is requested to collect student information, and confirmation will be sent by email or phone.
