Fort Wayne ZooThe Weave: A Circle of Self Trust, Embodiment and Connection
An intimate circle centered on self-trust, embodiment, and belonging. Through gentle movement, quiet reflection, and shared presence, participants explore practical, neuroscience-informed ways to reconnect with the body, regulate emotions, and foster genuine connection with themselves and others. This is not structured as a class or a support group. It is a supportive space to arrive as you are and be seen, where each person’s presence strengthens the whole. There is no single right way to participate, nothing to fix, and no pressure to perform... just room to be fully yourself. Admission is free, with optional donations appreciated.
