Washington Park hosts a free summer R&B series as Friday Flow presented by P&G returns with a weekly slate of live music. Returning for its second year, this independent multi-genre, multi-venue music festival spans four blocks in Covington, Kentucky, with the Arcade Tunnel as its centerpiece.
