The venue is the largest indoor sports facility in North America, featuring 1.2 million square feet with up to 46 volleyball courts, a 65,000 square foot fitness facility, Municipal Brew Works, a beer garden, multiple onsite dining options, and the Warehouse Hotel. The setup is designed for convenience so participants can park once and stay on site. Hotel guests receive complimentary parking for the first vehicle and a small fee for additional vehicles, and on-site city parking is available for a daily charge. Competition follows USAVolleyball rules. Matches are self officiated, and teams are responsible for up ref, down ref, two line judges, and a scorekeeper. Game balls are designated by division, with VLA using the VLA ball, women’s A and B using Molten SuperTouch or Flistatec, and men’s A and B using Molten Flistatec. Teams supply their own balls for warmups. A hotel block is planned at the Warehouse Hotel. Alcohol for official socials and game-day activities must be purchased on site, and no outside alcohol is permitted. Prize eligibility depends on minimum team counts, divisions may be combined for flow and fairness, T-shirt awards are limited as noted, and social events are optional with no drinks included.
