At The Ark Encounter, this multiweek celebration of Christian music brings together a wide range of performers for more than forty days of music, worship, and faith-focused messages. A large lineup wall on site highlights the participating artists, making it easier to decide which performances to prioritize. The atmosphere celebrates live worship, Christian concerts, and gospel music as excitement builds.

Open to every age group, this dance series is scheduled across three Fridays in the fall season. Admission is $5 for each dancer or $25 per family. Participants should be prepared to listen and follow instructions, and those not dancing are asked to remain quiet while visiting.

Nice Nachos will be at the farmer's market with nacho-style pancakes piled with toppings. The menu also includes specialty coffees, a variety of beverages, and breakfast choices such as burritos, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. Saturday visits are expected to continue for the time being.

Arrive early to browse a museum display, try an interactive model train, and see historic pieces on the grounds, and please note that trains leave promptly. Choose your seat in a covered open-air car right behind the locomotive or relax in First Class with air conditioning and padded seats. The trip lasts about 90 minutes and includes a stop at Young’s High Bridge for sweeping views of the Kentucky River Palisades and time for photos. Restrooms are located at the museum station, and there are none on the train or at the mid-ride stop. Due to the historic railcars, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated, though passengers using walkers or canes should be able to board and exit. For parking, turn off State Road 62 onto Beasley Road, cross the tracks, then turn left into a large lot with ample space. Ticket prices: First Class adults $20, children ages 2 to 12 $18. Open Air Car adults $20, children ages 2 to 12 $18. Cab rides are $75 for up to two riders, and cab riders must be able to board the locomotive without assistance. Tickets are recommended to be purchased in advance and are picked up at the ticket counter before boarding.
