The program celebrates free expression while investigating the many shapes and effects of censorship through a vibrant blend of contemporary dance, aerial circus arts, and live original music. Debuting alongside the show is Allegro’s Apprenticeship program, created to expand skills, nurture representation and accessibility, and support the journey from student to artist. Performers from the organization’s Inclusive Dance Outreach and Adaptive Dance programs will appear with the professional company in two pieces as a salute to inclusion. A silent auction in the Encore Room benefits Allegro’s Inclusive Dance Outreach Program, which delivers free outreach to 1,650 individuals with disabilities across central Kentucky each season.
