April Social at Performance Evolution Training Center

A welcoming social for SWLA veterans at Performance Evolution Training Center features an introductory MMA session led by Grant Navarre and Josh Quayhagen. All necessary gear will be available, along with food and desserts. The gathering also includes a clothing drive, with attendees encouraged to bring items that will support homeless veterans. Friends are welcome to attend and help fill the gym.

Family Friendly Paint Sesh: Relax-alotl

Gather the whole crew for an all ages painting session where kids, teens, and adults can create together. No prior experience is required, as friendly instructors provide step by step guidance to complete a fun and approachable artwork. It is a welcoming choice for families and friend groups, as well as anyone eager to get creative. Guests may bring their favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy while painting. Space is limited.

Cowboy Catholics Crawfish Boil & Auction 2026

Cowboy Catholics at McNeese State University supports students during a pivotal chapter of life, offering Bible studies, retreats, mission trips, discipleship, mentorship, and regular access to the sacraments so that youthful belief can grow into mature faith within a strong community. The Annual Crawfish Boil and Auction gathers supporters at the McNeese Alumni Grove and Pavilion to celebrate and strengthen this mission. Guests can look forward to a flavorful crawfish spread with classic sides, a spirited auction, live music, and activities suited to all ages. Tickets are $50 and include 5 pounds of crawfish, corn, potatoes, crawfish dip, two soft drinks or beers, and a koozie. Proceeds help sustain Cowboy Catholics and the formation of future priests, religious, spouses, parents, and leaders in the Church.
