West Calcasieu Cameron HospitalSummer Elite-Level Hitting Clinic Featuring Former College Player Kohl Navarre
Utility Sports Academy offers an elite, multi-week hitting clinic designed to develop explosive power and raise in-game production. Led by former college player Kohl Navarre, the program teaches the mechanics, mental approach, and training routines used at the collegiate level. Instruction focuses on optimizing stance, load, and swing path to improve barrel consistency, bat speed, and exit velocity. Participants refine plate strategy with a selective, aggressive mindset, including smart pitch selection, count leverage, and resilient two-strike plans. Sessions also build situational hitting skills to drive the ball with authority, move runners, perform under pressure, and produce runs. Progress is tracked on the HitTrax system with real-time feedback on exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and swing efficiency to ensure measurable improvement. Group sizes are kept small, and spots are limited to maximize reps for every hitter.
